Refunds & Cancellations

• Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival: no refund of deposit.
• Cancellations made 8 or more days before arrival: deposit refunded minus a $25.00 cancellation fee.
• No refund for monthly guests upon early departure or on deposit paid prior to arrival.
• No refunds are given on or after arrival.
